Delivery Details

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the same day. We will process the package within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, expect your package to arrive within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our shipping fees simple and transparent:

Standard Shipping: For orders under $25 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $5.95 AUD will apply.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary free shipping on all orders over $25 AUD.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please do not panic. Allow for up to two additional days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or colour)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.

Order Cancelling

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at info@parkerfashion.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.
