Return and Refund Policy

Key Information
- You have 30 days from receiving your order to complete your return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- There are no restocking fees.
- To receive the return address, please email us.
- We don't accept exchanges.

Return Period
Did you change your mind? You have the right to return your goods within 30 days from receiving your order. Requested returns past the 30-day return period won't be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@parkerfashion.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include clear photos of the damages or issues if applicable.
Our customer service team will respond and inform you on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may need to provide additional information or documents.
Send the product at your own expense to the provided address. Ensure that the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and reason. We will process the refund accordingly. If you have damaged an item through your own fault, we cannot provide a refund for it. Similarly, we cannot provide a refund if you have sent us the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method you used for your order.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@parkerfashion.com.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In that case, if you need to replace your item, please send us an email at info@parkerfashion.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Have you received your package but it's damaged or the items are incorrect (for example, wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what is wrong, and contact us with your order number.
Order Cancelling
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
